I had talked with Elina about doing a photo shoot a while ago and one evening she sent me a message that she had time. The timing was perfect. The past week has seen some really amazing weather and the evening was sunny and warm.
We drove to Kakumäe in Tallinn and found an interesting area on the beach where some big pieces from the steep rocky coast had fallen down and made for an interesting background. We started with a tea ritual but moved on to some more posed pictures.
Since the sun was setting on the sea, the light was quite hard and intense. While it made the picture taking process a bit more difficult, I think it ended up making the rocky background a lot more dramatic and the end result better for it.
